Simon is a qualified and Incorporated Engineer who has worked in both the Aerospace and Rail industry for 20 years. He has varied experience in multiple fields such as, Lead Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineering Manager, New Product Introduction Engineer & Application Engineer.

Simon has specialised knowledge in bearing design and manufacture and has specialised in plain bearings, which has taken him across Europe, India and Russia.

During his career he has proven experience within Lean 6 Sigma, continuous improvement methodology and implementation. He has a drive to never just accept the status quo and always look for positive improvements.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys spending time with his family and volunteers as a Parish Councillor to help his local community.
